Muhammad Saleem Kurdzada: In Librarianship field over a decade of experience working in academic libraries. I have been assisting thecommunity with information retrieval and research strategies. Supporting reading programs and other adult educationactivities in the community to promote literacy. Research databases, circulation, and other facets of archiving isessential. Working with and supervision personnel, as well as supporting library operations.Ultimately, I believe that my natural flair customer service skills, along with my proficiency in handling boththe technological and physical resources in libraries will make me valuable employee for any institution. I have visitedto work as intern in different institutions and libraries. But;I want to enhance my capabilities and support our profession on the international path, how some technicaland technological skill I have but; I want to learn more and more about my profession and make good skills for ourregion and also in Pakistani Librarianship.
